Hi, I’m Patricia Naraindutt. For over 22 years, I’ve walked the path you may be on now-a journey filled with love, sacrifice, and the deep fulfillment of caregiving, but also one that can leave your own needs forgotten. I’ve worked in hospice care, assisted in operating rooms, and specialized in Alzheimer’s and memory loss support. Through it all, I learned an essential truth: you cannot pour from an empty cup.
Like many of you, I once believed that putting myself first would mean failing those who depended on me. But after experiencing burnout and exhaustion firsthand, I realized that true caregiving begins with self-care. When we nurture ourselves, we gain the strength, clarity, and resilience needed to care for others.
Caregiving wasn’t just a job for me - it was my life’s calling. From comforting patients in their most vulnerable moments to supporting families through emotional challenges, I found purpose in helping others.
But over time, I began to lose pieces of myself. The weight of responsibilities, long hours, and emotional strain took their toll. It wasn’t until I hit a breaking point that I understood the importance of caring for myself.
That turning point became my mission. Today, I’m not only a self-care coach but also an advocate for every caregiver who feels unseen and overwhelmed. I want to help you find balance, regain your energy, and rediscover the joy in both your life and your caregiving role.
Every caregiver deserves to feel supported, valued, and heard.
Small, consistent acts of self-kindness can lead to profound transformation.
By prioritizing your own well-being, you create a ripple effect that benefits everyone you care for.
I’m here for caregivers like you - those who give so much to others that there’s little left for themselves. Whether you’re caring for an aging parent, a partner, or patients in a professional setting, my goal is to help you thrive, not just survive.
Create sustainable self-care routines that fit your busy life.
Manage stress and prevent burnout.
Build resilience and confidence in your caregiving role.
